OneInsight is an enterprise AI platform developed by Datalens Technologies and deployed within the customer’s own Microsoft Azure environment.
Datalens does not host, store, or control customer business data.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only minimal personal data required for platform access:
- Name
- Email address
- Username / login credentials
- IP address and basic usage logs
We do not collect or store sensitive personal data.
3. Customer Data Handling
- All business and enterprise data remains within the customer’s Azure environment
- Datalens acts only as a technology provider
- The customer is the data controller and owner
- Datalens does not access or process customer data, except if explicitly required for support and authorized by the customer
4. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is used only to:
- Authenticate users and manage access
- Operate and secure the platform
- Monitor performance and prevent misuse
We do not use personal data for marketing or advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data.
Data may only be shared:
- With infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure) strictly for service delivery
- When required by law or legal process
6. Data Retention
- Personal data is retained only for the duration of active user accounts
- Logs are retained for a limited period for security and audit purposes
- Data is deleted or anonymized after no longer required

We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit and at rest

- Secure Azure-native deployment
- No direct AI access to core databases
